GOAL : Quality Target at 0 PPM

How does Bolai ensure quality?

Bolai uses the “zero defects” idea for quality. We want to make better products and produce more by improving technology and updating equipment.

Quality Control Process

01.Material Infeed

The process includes checks on incoming materials, double-checking material allocation against specifications, and after which operators check their own work, and report any uncertainties to the quality team, because any issues with raw materials can directly affect product quality.

02.Processing & Warehousing

Our quality assurance process begins with production, including initial and regular checks for prompt issue resolution. For outsourced processing, we rigorously evaluate materials, samples, production processes, and suppliers’ technical and QA capabilities. Warehousing involves verifying inspection certificates, drawings, returning non-compliant items, and arranging repairs.

03.Assembly

We match coding cards to BOMs, check for qualified marks, and inspect assembled structures. We also solve problems like incorrect assembly structures, sequencing of processes and materials. We offer training on assembly process diagrams for operators to understand the product’s assembly structure and learn corrective assembly methods.

04. Final Inspection Testing

We check product performance and parameters according to technical drawings. We make sure control ratios are in line with standards and inspect for any cosmetic flaws. Accurate testing helps avoid problems like data errors, leaks, excessive currents, poor flux, and stiffness. Any detected problems will be resolved through dimension review and corrective actions.

05. Package Inspection

We match packaging materials’ types, quantities, specs, and dimensions with product models. When examining stacking and sales details, we check anti-fraud labels, sealing, moisture-proofing, compression measures, and packaging orientation. Any errors found will be quickly delivered to operators, distributors, and procurement teams to ensure accuracy.
